I dropped my rental off yesterday morning with a screenshot and picture to prove, they are trying to charge me for an additional day AFTER the rental got extended due to their lack of care for the rental. The alternator went out Wednesday July 1st and that was my move in date, my truck was FULLY loaded and I had to prorate my lease at my old apartment. It didn’t get fixed until 5am FRIDAY morning on July 3rd, they gave me another day because I had to find MOVERS AGAIN. It got got extended until July 4th at 10:00AM & I returned it at 3:14 AM that morning. They have offered no accommodations or reimbursement for my pain and suffering due to this cause. I missed work two days in a row, I had to hire movers TWICE, pay more in rent at TWO places and the overall stress of it all.

Wilson MThe lady that work there had a attitude and when i return she told mè to just park it and she will handle the rest i ask her when would i get my deposit back she told me that she was gonna turn something in tomorrow and i got a call saying that i dint return it in i had did everything right with the gas and no accident and turn it back in on schedule time but still haven't got my deposit back
