While the customer service team was courteous and helpful. The site manager provided a poor customer service experience. The individual was not on site. The location of the actual U-Haul office for the site is not identified. Again, Lailani who ultimately help me get my rental after an hour of trying was the only reason I might consider using U-Haul again for any of my family's moving requirements.

The worst customer service i have experienced at any U-haul location. I was overcharged for mileage excessively due to negligence of the person who failed to do their job properly. This location should be closed if it continues to operate like thais.
