Hello! Today (11/29/25) I rented a truck for my move. Unfortunately, my experience didn't go well. I set my pick up time for 8am. The office at this location is closed on the weekends :/ so there was no one to help me. The U-Haul app was not working for me and would not allow me to "pick up my truck" at pick up. I did have the phone number to one of the employees that works there and he said that I could call him if I had any trouble and I so I did twice and there was no answer and also did not receive a call back at all. I sat in the parking lot for almost 45 minutes trying to figure out how I was going to get the keys to the truck rental out of the lock box. At this point I was feeling very frustrated and my family was waiting for me at my house to help me move. I finally called the customer service number and the nice employee was very helpful and guided me through. I had to use the u-haul website instead of the app. This process was very difficult and time consuming. Upon checking in, I finally got the code to unlock the key box. The lock was extremely difficult to unlock. When I opened the truck, it was extremely dirty on the floor. After I got home with the truck, I discovered the dolly that I requested was not in there. I was not able to move the heavy things I needed to without that dolly. The whole experience was very frustrating. I'm not sure I will be using U-hauls services again unfortunately. Thank you

The ramp and uhaul had some mud
John GThe storefront was closed when we arrived. I called the phone number assigned and the operator contacted the agent and he opened the doors. He had a very unwelcoming demeanor to the point that I didn't want to talk to him and let my partner deal with him. He was a complete jerk. 100%. I would never return to this location.
