Sparkies Garage did a great job and handled the situation well. The unfortunate part for them is that they are put in a bad situation by poor management by UHaul when it comes to things like pads. U-Haul does not provide enough for them to serve their customers with what was reserved. Very poor customer service at the corporate level. No fault of Sparkies. I had reserved 36 pads and got none because of the company’s poor customer service plan to meet my needs. I had to drive a round trip of over 60 miles to get pads from another location. While the pads were credited it was far less than the cost of my time and mileage. I will likely not rent from UHaul again because of such a simple failure on their part.
