I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent U-Haul experience. From the moment I picked up the truck, it was nothing but stress and drama. The truck was in poor condition — it had expired tags, trouble starting, and ran horribly the entire time. The system even tried to send me to two different return locations, adding unnecessary confusion and frustration during an already stressful move. We attempted to contact roadside assistance due to the mechanical issues, but were constantly given the runaround with no real help. This experience has made it very clear that I will never use U-Haul again. The lack of proper maintenance, poor customer service, and overall unreliability made this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.
