Keep up the service. I called late in the afternoon inquiring about the availability of a van. The owner said he could have one available in the morning. Rental paperwork was straight-forward and return was even faster. The fuel level and mileage policy had been explained clearly. I would rent from this location again.

Need to have someone examine the equipment better, the auto hauler had a tire that was so bald, it was down to the wire. It was a super long process to get roadside service. I couldn't schedule the service from my vehicle that I was driving because it kept trying to use the location I was driving in, and I had already sent the truck with my alternate driver to the overnight parking address and the app refused to let me manually put in the location of where the truck was going to be parked for the night, so it took a long time to get service. The service guy was excellent, I asked him to check every tire on the whole set up and he found another flat tire on the almost brand new truck that only had only about 9000 miles on it, so the service guy had to start a whole new service order and go all the way back to the shop and get another tire to replace the flat on the truck. The pick up process started at 215pm and didn't get finished until 830pm. If I hadn't picked it up the day before, my moving day would have been shot. :( After we got everything situated though the drive over was fine.
LEILA GWe received minimal help from person behind the desk. He kept repeating to use our phone. We are of the age that did not grow up with computers and smart phones. To be told over and over to use our phone rather than to assist. I received a single printout with on explanation. Was not shown what vehicle in the yard I finally received email instruction two days later at the end of our trip. The receiving yard workers were helpful and pleasant.
