We received minimal help from person behind the desk. He kept repeating to use our phone. We are of the age that did not grow up with computers and smart phones. To be told over and over to use our phone rather than to assist. I received a single printout with on explanation. Was not shown what vehicle in the yard I finally received email instruction two days later at the end of our trip. The receiving yard workers were helpful and pleasant.
