The equipment was clean, however, the rolling door in th back kept sticking and not wanting to close because the lever at the top was bent. Also I filled the tank to right before half, as it was when we picked it up, and th agent informed me I would be charged for not refilling properly. I had sent a photo to him directly, my phone died during the process of checking the equipment back in, and he said it was not sufficient. He sent me a photo from the following Monday which showed less gas than what I put into the tank, not sure why since the gas station is literally across the street from this location. I have more moving to do in the next few weeks and will not use this location for future needs.
PATRICIA GThe front door literally fell on me. I yelled for help and someone casually walked over to help. If I were a smaller person, it could have been a serious issue. Again, language issue, but we got through it.
