I had to wait at the rental office despite it being within their "business hours" to pick up the truck. The office door was locked and I had to call a number. The person answered the phone with "Hello?" not with the typical business greeting. After talking with the person I still had to wait about 15 minutes for him to arrive. The interior of the truck was dirty and it was rented to me with only 1/4 tank of gas. This meant that I had to immediately get gas, not knowing how much I'd really need to return it with the same amount of gas. As it ended up, I returned it just prior to my return time of 5pm and again I had to call the phone number because the office door was again locked despite it being within the business hours. I was told by the person answering the phone that he wasn't able to come down and to just park the truck, and leave the keys in the drop box and he'd send me the invoice the following day. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience to him that I was even calling. I was definitely not a happy camper especially after an exhausting day of moving. Absolutely will not return here in the future and would not recommend this location to anyone.
