Terrible experience re pickup location. I waited 20 mins on line at my reserved pick up location - only for Uhaul people to tell me they did not have my truck and send me to changed my pickup location 30 mins away. No one called me to tell me about change in pickup. It took me over half hour to access key to truck in lockbox - had to create new uhaul account. Further the new pickup location was just key drop with no personnel. The truck did NOT include dolly that I ordered and paid for, so my son had to go to original location to rent a new dolly. Basically, Uhaul added an extra hour and a half to my move and did not deliver what I ordered. This is last time will use Uhaul.
