We requested a specific size U-Haul for the amount of stuff that we had. The owner could not find the keys so he gave us the bigger option, but no straps so our stuff was subject to potentially being moved on the drive & getting damaged. We also reserved 6 furniture blankets, which he could not find so we were not given them. He didn't charge us for them, but they would've been nice to have. He also seemed more concerned selling us smoking items than helping us with our truck rental.
