The owner or operator was very rude and unprofessional. They allowed their friends and family to park in the designated parking spaces reserved for the uhaul trucks because they were throwing a party. It caused me to have sit around for an additional 35 minutes because the store was closed and we couldn't reach anyone for directions. He came out of the venue next door being super aggressive demanding the keys while I was trying to check out. Basically rushing me like I knew he wanted me to leave the truck sitting in the middle of the parking lot not in a safe space. I didn't want to leave the truck in a random space but they way he was acting and behaving I will never rent from that location again.
