The business is not notated from the outside as a U-Haul dealer. No outside sign, no dropbox, nothing. I had to go in the grocery store to ask, and it is not called Ms Multi Services that I could see. The representative also falsely charged me for fuel, which I made sure was well above the original amount. I emailed the AFM about this and hope for a refund back of that amount. I worked at a corporate U-Haul store for 6 years so I know how the process works.
