The location was perfect. However, when picking up the truck I had to beg the employee to give me Windex to clean the windows (Very dirty, sitting under a tree). At first, I asked, yet he wasn't getting it, even though the truck was right in front of him. I then found myself begging "Please, I need something to clean the windows, I need to see and drive safely." Finally, he and another employee came out with cleaning solutions and cleaned the majority of the windows. I also had to sweep inside the back of the truck. I don't mind cleaning, but it cut into my time. The employee was already 5 minutes late showing up. I had people waiting for me, I didn't leave the location until 10:28am - I scheduled pick up for 10am.
