Very easy drop off. The girls inside the office were very helpful.
ELOISA AI was so stressed out about this move but the experience from start to finish was EXCELLENT! The ladies in the office were SO helpful. I was very anxious about parking a big truck in the small parking lot but they helped me with everything. I left a nice phone holder in the truck and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back. I paid my deposit in cash and even though this location does not accept cash she made sure I received my deposit back. I just really appreciate the customer service and ease of dropping off the U-Haul.

Manish SI needed up not even getting to use the truck. Because pick-up was delayed due to no one answering of picking up in time I lost my time slot on the items I intended to move with the U-haul and had to just return it right back. So I basically lost my money.
