I rented these two pieces of equipment and picked them up at 9am when they opened. The rental is supposed to be for 12 hours, 7am to 7pm, but instead they closed at 2pm on a Saturday, you know the one day a week when people have time off of work. So instead of the 12 hours I paid for I got five hours, that's it on the busiest day a week for moving. So the one day a week I had for my brother to drive up from Memphis TN to Farmington MO to help move and by the way I'm disabled with brain damage so there's also that so how is it that I was only given 5 hours? So I'm posting this across the BBB and see if this is actually legal and if not I'm am definitely going to bring this up to a lawyer for emotional damage and physical damage. I will also be posting this exact statement across all my social media asking the public what they think about the abuse of the disabled. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Abram
