Positives: --Location: Very convenient close to Manor, Texas and easy access off 290 --Equipment: The 15' truck was clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive; truck cab was comfortable; blankets were clean and neat --Staff: The on-site staff were polite and respectful Negatives: --Management: This is a tire shop primarily, and the U-Haul business seems secondary. The manager was not on-site. When visiting the site ahead of time, we were given a number to call to discuss the reservation. The manager on the phone was helpful, but a bit inconsistent.
