Jessica JThere was no one available when I dropped off my rental and there was no visible U-Haul key drop box. I left the keys and the dolly in the truck and did the drop off in the app. Then they charge me $65 on top of the original $400+. The gas tank was filled to the level it was when we dropped it off and the rental dolly was in the back. There is absolutely no reason for the additional charge. It seems that they are more interested in playing with the rims that they’re trying to sell instead of providing customer service to U-Haul customers.
