LAVERNE DI asked for furniture dolly’s and furniture pads. I never received any of it and they still charged me for it. Even after i told them the u-haul didn’t have any of my items. Terrible!
Christopher CWas principally a drop off location. Not manned .... even during business hours. Really hard to find drop off key slot.
