The drop off was after hours -- 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. The location was dark and in a rough area. This was the required location for my return. I drove past at least one, maybe 2 UHaul locations to get there. I would not have been comfortable with my wife returning this truck alone. NOTE - because it was after-hours, I did not interact with the employees at this location. Cannot comment on them (so "personnel helpful" question should be N/A but that is not an option.
DANIEL PMy appointment was for 9:00 am and I did not receive the truck till 10:30am. The young man was slow and made me wait 30 minutes while he dealt with another customer. I would never use U-Haul again if picking up from there .
