The owner wasn't there just a kid. He didn't know what to do and told me if we may not be able to get it that day due to him not able to get ahold of owner to see what he needs to do. Also they was in a hole and they have no service for phones. This place should not be renting uhaul equipment

ROBERT TI think everyone and everything was wonderful. I had just never rented such a new truck before, so the key, kind of threw me. 😃. Every thing else was great.
JERILYN FI tried to drop off the trailer when the facility was closed using the U-Haul app. It was very slow and cumbersome and refuse to accept the 5 pictures that I took and was not able to complete the process. This after hours process needs to be streamlined and easier to use. It will cost me another trip to town 12 miles away to complete the return properly.
