I picked up the truck with 306 miles till empty on full and returned the truck full with a 315 miles till empty and still got charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I just filled it up before returning it

You can explain your one way rentals better. It was not explained to me. So when I went to get my refund I was told I’m just out of luck because they don’t do refunds. I really do not think that is fare to me. When that was not explained.
THERESA BPlease make sure it is aired out in front of driver and passenger seat area. There was an awful smell when I picked it up and had an hour and 45 minutes drive to my destination smelling that awful odor all the way to Port St Lucie 😷😷
