The whole process was easy but the fuel part was a pain. Theres no way to guess the correct amount of fuel when it’s 7/8ths or something and the fuel gauge doesn’t show that. Please fix this as it has probably caused multiple people headaches

It was definitely somewhat of a pain, to verify everything when you are there to pick up a truck. I think that should done before you ever arrive. But overall very good experience

ADA REverything went like a clock running on time and smoothly start to finish including a store in hocking port Ohio that didn’t know till an hour before they were going to receive it that afternoon but they were great about it
ROGER BTried to take my rental away from me, even called uhaul to say he didn't trust the vehicle I would be loading. Said he wasn't responsible for what I loaded. I agreed. And I left. Very very poor professionalism. Would never recommend this place.
