Everytime we have been to this place to drop off, the parking lot is even clean. The office smells like lemon cleaner and the cat is so sweet. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Darren CTook 5hrs to even get the truck off the lot. The lady at the front desk was generally helpful, but the location wasn’t even open when we arrived at our stated pickup time. Truck was dirty and wouldn’t start when we tried picking it up. Had to wait hours for a mechanic to come out and fix it, as there was apparently no other available truck, which threw our entire day out the window. How no one bothered to try starting this truck before leasing it to another customer is beyond me. The mechanic was efficient and the truck ran okay after he was out. No discount was offered for this monumental waste of time.
Andrew MUhaul needs to be better. I had to cancel 2 reservations because the website said they have something in stock when they actually don't. I went to pick up a trailer at this location and they had none left. Had to rent an actual Uhaul truck instead. The people went above and beyond for me but Uhaul did nothing. They really need to step it up.
