Location was great. The truck itself was clean but drove terribly. It needs a lot of work. Brakes were bad, tires were awful for any sort of ice/snow on the road..the whole truck shook as you drove it. Not to mention they didn't have the size we wanted, so agreed to another size at a different time as well.. arrived to pick it up and oh, don't have that size either. Had to go with the biggest truck they had, which also had the biggest fuel bill too. This is on Uhaul. Not the location
Lindsay MI dropped truck off early but we couldn’t communicate very well , I went back the next morning to get my deposit back and couldn’t help me drove 60km home phone head office with my complaint, then got a email saying I have to drive another 60km back to get my deposit back then 60 km back home , not good service at all ,
