While the.attention and service of the rental location was excellent there was a problem with the U-haul Tickets/Citations Department who were billed by SunPass for a toll that was paid by my NYS E-Z Pass. I found them to be not helpful in resolving the bogus charge and I ended up paying a Thruway toll twice.
