The truck was great. Working with the owners' reps in Jasper was easy and fast. I spent 45 minutes with the 27/7 help line to get the keys out of the back of the truck. Turns out the App does not work when there is no lockbox to scan. I had to log in to the website using my phone. Then the 27/7 help line rep had to call my wife to verify me, even though they had my number and pictures of my DL and my face. My wife was taking her shower. Other than that, everything else was great. I just hope the next time I use this location, they fix the app and that they do not need to call another person, since most people will not answer a strange call anymore. Or they may not be able to answer the phone.

EDWARD CThere's absolutely zero room for improvement! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This place seriously set the bar for every future rental, and I can't express enough how pleasant it all was. Everyone was so incredibly nice and friendly, the office is very clean and well-kept, and they truly made the experience a 11/10. I didn't know that they rent U-Haul until yesterday since I live two counties away, but I can promise that I'll never go anywhere else from now on.
