We were rerouted 35 minutes away from our desired pick up location. Location was in a very rough part of Baltimore City. We passed by 5 other Uhaul facilities on the way to this location. Not a good experience.

KAMYRIA PThere were roaches in the equipment that I had to spray and put baits to kill first which took out an hour from my very tight schedule. That was very frustrating because I did not want roaches getting into my extremely clean and well maintained home items and then moving into our clean bug free new house
