My initial reservation was with the Northern Parkway, Baltimore location where the Manager “D” was the most rudest, unprofessional person I ever had business with. Because I was upset which I had the right to be because there was no 20ft truck there upon my arrival. I asked the manager why did he/she try to call or email me 1 hour prior to my appt to advise me of this and to give me other options. The manger got to upset with me and asked me to leave the store and would not give me the location address of the Belvedere location when I asked for it. The response to me was “look it up yourself on the app”! I will never again do business there, however I will share my negative experience with others and mention not to rent from them; find another company.
