I was very disappointed that uhaul changed my pick up location the day before I was to pick up and I had to drive 1.5 hrs out of my way to pick up the truck which cost me moving time, fuel, paying my helper. I had been confirmed to pick up in Chetek and had spoken to Chetek and everything was confirmed. Then out of the blue I get a call saying I have to travel to Barronett for pick up. Uhaul, you really need to do better.
