I think the ramp came from a smaller truck. The ramp was short and extremely step, almost a 40 degree angle. This made moving heavy things very difficult and almost a safety risk. If all 26 foot uhaul trucks have such a short ramp, i’ll go to a different company next time.
ROBERT RQuoted me on phone $375. Got there and it ended up being 500. Charged me for getting their trailer back because it was a 1way trip. Also the plug for the lights didn't fit ours. They didn't have an adapter. It was another $30 at an auto parts store. If I don't have too I will never rent from uhaul again.
WENDY YNo room to conveniently offload the trailer. The attendant was very nice and helpful but the physical constraints for maneuvering the trailer were to restrictive.
