I reserved the equipment for a 4:00 pickup and there was no one there. After spending 40 minutes on the phone with U-Haul rep trying to find the location rep, Jasmine showed up. She offered no apology or explanation. Upon returning the truck at the appropriate time, no one was there, even though the office closing time was 45 minutes later. Again, I reached out to U-Haul for guidance. The only input they gave was to drop the truck off at a different location. That is not acceptable. I told the U-Haul rep I was going to lock the key in the truck. I was charged $50 for a new key (why would there NOt be a spare key). I would like my money back. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
