With the recent snowfall we had to dig this trailer out of a snow bank which had been plowed over, which wasted precious time we could have been loading the trailer.

LISA HNice operator, trailer was ready and waiting. U-Haul Logistics had changed my pickup location overnight before the pickup without asking. I called dispatch to get my trailer pickup reset to this location. Lesson is: double check your UHaul app and the pickup confirmation email sent the day of the pickup. Call Cust Service and get them to make it right. The dispatch folks are nice and have the visibility of the stock and locations.
