Everything was great,except the cargo area,which leaked water and soaked a box of clothing. I made the return agent aware of the problem. I would certainly recommend UHaul in the future.

Jen at Batavia was great, but the overall experience was disappointing (again) when the original location for my pickup didn’t have the vehicle I needed and I had to switch to a different (inconvenient) location.
