I have no issue, I was able to leave the equipment like an after hours drop. But I was there during business hours twice and was a little frustrated that I had no interaction with anyone. It's just a preference.

Had some issues with APp as it could not find location but it is a newer site but otherwise help on the phone was quick and extremely helpful.
KAREN MWell first off when we went to leave for our destination, the truck would not start. We had to buy jumper cables and jump start the truck. The truck did not have a smooth ride, it jerked alot until it got up to above 55, and the doors did not shut properly. We had to slam them shut to keep the air out.
Christopher Wthis location is brand new. It was a bit confusing as to where to park & drop the keys. There was a number posted on a sign but no one answered, it was around 5:30pm on a Sunday. I called back on Monday, got an answer and the drop off was apparently fine. I checked that I would recommend this location just due to the convenience for my family. Again, it's a brand new location and I'm sure will be better in the coming months.
