Location stated it would be open which it was not. I was able to do a mobile pickup but not with the app or internet I had to physically call in and have help from a uhaul associate because the mobile pickup on the app and on the website did not work properly. It was probably the most frustrating uhaul rental I have done. If uhaul is going to have a mobile pickup please make it work so I dont have to call and submit photos of damage, mileage and fuel level through email. Thank goodness for the helpful agent or I would have had to go to a different location.
Gregory FTruck had an ABS issue. The app was buggy and pickup was difficult. Drop off was an issue too. The location itself was not a real issue. Just the equipment and app.

Allison PThat was the most confusing rental process. I had to download the app and all that. Was it confusing, yes. Would I do it again, yes. But boy getting started kind of stunk.
