Booked a truck in advance, show up to location and they had no truck. Customer service sent me to another location that was closed and still no truck. Had to go to another location 15 miles further.

The previous users left chicken bones on the floor. I would recommend having someone take a look at that and have the truck cleaned out. I like the fact that we could use the app to pick up the truck and the code to the lock was encrypted on the phone. That was a game changer.
chelsi wHorrible on the road experience. I had 2 blowouts within 22 hours. I barely made it 29 miles out of Baton Rouge and had the first blowout. The second blowout was coming back from Houston right before Liberty, TX. 4 1/2 hours of my time was completely thrown away.
