When a customer has a scheduled pick—up time someone should be there . We were supposed to get truck at 9:30,but after several phone calls ,and almost an hour later from the first call did anyone show up. Also we ordered moving blankets, but didn’t get one.

Have someone there at the scheduled pick up time. We waited an hour for someone to call back to give us instructions over the phone to get the key from the lock box after telling us someone was enroute to meet us there, completely unprofessional and they also changed our original site of pickup.

Angela LLet customers know ahead of time that it is a remote location. Also, that you have to wait until a representative arrives instead of telling you that in advance which push me back in my reason for the rental
Latasha Rthis location does not have there shit together charged me $75 at first for something that cost $55 then the next day charged me $64.12 saying that i dropped it off in new orleans when its not even possible. and i have no received a refund and when i call the man that answered was not helpful he kept telling me that there is no female that works there when the female we returned the tower to was his sister they do not have there shit together at all i need my refund as well
