Nothing, Kevin was great he made sure everything was ready to go. Truck inside & out was very clean. It was a very stressful day for me and my family and he made sure that this was one thing we didn't have to worry about was picking up the U-Haul. Kevin was wonderful. Jennifer GWe paid 117.52 for the truck we didn’t need it we drop it off the next morning at 10:50am…instead of them taking the money out of the 117.52 they charged my card for 63$ more dollars I Neva got the rest of my money back I’ll Neva rent from them again & they keep charging my card for 63$
