Went to pick up a 15 foot box truck and tow dolly to move down to Florida. Showed up 15 minutes before they opened. Got the truck and tow dolly which took about 30 minutes only to realize the dolly lights didn’t work. Had to drive the truck, dolly, and tow my car to another location 15 minutes away. Got to this next place and they had no idea I needed to swap out tow dolly’s. No communication at all. Not helpful at all and ended up taking another 45 minutes just to get a tow dolly. Overall took an extra 1.5 hours that I really needed to be packing for a 1200 mile move across the country. Tried calling a customer service representative to see if I could get any sort of discount or something to make up for a lot of losses time but she pretty much said there’s nothing she could do. OVERALL VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.
