Go back to paper contracts and check in. This smartphone crap is a pain. I will no longer get use uhall...I will use a different rental. We ha e a few to choose from. Also, when I dropped it off I got no receipt of return and no verification it was in the same shape as when I rented. Seemed a bit shady. I asked twice if they would come out and inspect and they said no they wou6do it later.
