The truck itself was clean. My complaint is it breaking down on us twice leaving us stranded out of state for way longer than it needed to be.

I never got a receipt, he said something was wrong with the printer he would email it I never got it. I don’t have any idea the miles I drove only what he quoted and that I owed more money other than the 100$ I deposited
ROBBIN CUhaul website allowed me to rent an Appliance dolly but that location didn’t have one. Nothing too upsetting because I just did a second dolly instead but if you needed specifically an appliance dolly I imagine that would be an issue.
JUSTIN MReserving the unit was easily completed by phone, rental paperwork quick and easy and rental truck was clean and ready. Would recommend using Bay Area Rental.
