The U-Haul vehicles were not even on the property due to the lack of space at the location. The person/staff member on site never even showed me how to operate the ramp. Just handed me the key and told me it was on the street. Although he did give me a printed copy of the receipt when I asked so there's one thing I can say was good. I had to ask the staff at the next facility, STORAGE R US in EAST MORICHES, NY, where I picked up the Auto transport trailer. Even though they were busy, when I asked him about the ramp for the truck, he took the time to show me how to set it up properly. He also went over all the function and safety features of the Auto transport. As well as the procedure of how to strap down my vehicle. I can say enough about the Ed at All A/C Storage. He made my experience of renting from U-Haul much better.
