Could not reserve the truck online or on the app because it would not allow me to add extra days. Reserved over the phone and this is the pick up site i was assigned. This location is a bad location at a pawn shop that has no space, and the equipment is not even on site. Had to go across the street to actually pick up the truck. Then the renter forgot the keys and had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for them to come back with keys. Finally, the rental had no utility dolly so i had to buy a dolly. Just a pain of a place to rent from.
