No one was at the location when we arrived. This was a horrible experience. From the beginning the first location gave away our truck and then he lied and said he tried to call me but then changed my rental reservation to another location and they left the office early with no one there. Then we had to call the regional manager in the area to get the code as it was difficult to open the lock. Then, the reservation said 4am to return the truck.
