Anthony TThe truck I rented they did not have. I was told the night before it was being serviced. I picked this location so I could walk to it since it is down street from home I was moving out of. I was told I could for a 3 bedroom home in the smaller truck despite ordering the larger one. Well ended up making multiple trips 76 miles each way and now paid over 600$ to move across town for a truck. I am so upset.
Nikki VAfter setting up a 5x8 enclosed trailer i needed to change to a larger one and also needed to make changes on the return. Tom was great and took care of the changes without any issues. No era on the billing which was great. He was extremely helpful and would recommend this U-Haul facility and him.
