The service at LHI 6017 FM 565 was great. I did have an issue after booking the trailer rental online at this location when the North main office call and tried to force me to pick up the trailer from them, stating that the FM 565 location did not do this type of rentals. The lady i spoke to was not very polite and I finally had to tell them i would go to a different company for the rental before I drove 45 mins out of my way to pick the trailer up before they agreed that the FM 565 location was able to do the rental. I have used this location before and knew they did this type of rentals.
