Computers were down a gentleman behind the counter. Did everything possible to get get me out of there as soon as possible. I was an excuse, sweet which is it don’t talk to your text. Don’t send send what don’t message you again message you again what do I gotta do?

CHARLES DProvide info on how to secure trailer to a vehicle when you need to stay overnight at a hotel and the trailer is left unattended.
DARREL SCustomer service guy at the front desk was very very helpful even though u hauls system wasn’t working correctly. He called a couple times for us and got it figured out when our reservation was double booked and our truck was reserved for someone else even though we had made our reservation a week ahead of time. I didn’t catch his name but he was very nice and helpful. :)
