When i rented tow dolly i was told i could drop off at any uhaul location. I went to uhaul on 410 bruns lane , springfield il, to drop off my rental. i was told there would be a $175.00 drop off charge as this wasnt where it was rented..i refused and towed it back 50 miles empty to where i got it..very disappointed...

The location was easy to find and the personnel were very helpful with connection of the trailer to my truck and loading my vehicle on the trailer.
