I was double booked. They booked me with a truck and a trailer when I only made a reservation for a 5x8 trailer. Sadly I was charged twice, a trailer, plus a truck when I didn't even used a truck coz' I towed the trailer with my SUV since we didn't have a lot of stuffs to bring on our move. I called the costumer service twice and they said their manager will call or email me for the refund process but I havn't got any of both. No response from UHaul yet. Might as well call them again tomorrow, 200 bucks is a lot especially with all the moving expenses. Not fair at all.
