It isn't the location that I have an issue with, the people working were great! It's Uhaul in general. I rented a 10' uhaul and I was blown away at how expensive it was! I only had the van for 2hrs to pick up a hot water tank and take it to my house. The bill was over $100! There was definitely a transmission issue, and it was really hard to move the drivers seat. Again, the people working there were really nice. Uhaul needs to maintain their equipment

Extremely slow getting the keys from the counter after going through the mobile check in. There is no point of a mobile check in if you don’t save any time. Language was also a barrier.
