I was charged an extra rate for unspecified reasons, even though I returned the truck before I was supposed to.
ESSENCE TDo not change pickup address just prior to checkin. Mine was changed from a convenient location 5 minutes from my house to a location that took 1.5 hours round trip to go and come. I had no other last minute option but it was a huge negative.
Jeffery KThe van was great, it was easy and people on the phone were helpful. But I was extremely overcharged. I am struggling, helping someone who had a tree fall on his house. U-Hual took $750.94 out of my bank account causing me to have fees for going under a certain amount. I had never done this before, I pray I never have to do it again! I pray this is an error! It's been 24 hours since i called the sweetest lady after being hung up on, and it's still not fixed.
