Absolutely no snow was cleared off the truck, trucks fuel was basically empty

Not have trucks that are completely frozen to the ground. I contacted support for help and was told I was being transferred to roadside assistance and then the char was ended on the agents side and help never came. Another customer ended up helping me break the ice around the tires and TOWED the truck out of the ice with his pickup truck. Given all the effort it took on our end to actually use the truck we reserved and support not be provided by uhaul as requested, to THEN be charged extra to fuel is unacceptable. If anything, I should be reimbursed a portion for all the work myself and the other customer did to TOW the truck out of the ice.
ALEXANDRA WThe staff member wanted to charge me for two days when I only needed one. He basically said we'll tuff luck until I had to do the reservation myself. The trailer had no working marker lights, 1 tail light and the staff member did not even attempt to fit the trailer. He said just stop so I can take a picture. He didn't care one bit plus the trailer was not fit for the road. Disgraceful. I should be refunded at minimum.
